After running us428control (which just hangs there until i ctrl+c it) then i get a 2-channel input which i can use with jack, pulseaudio etc.
After running usx2yloader, the USB light on the device comes on. (using Mint 21 xfce)įrom the Mint/Ubuntu repos, there's the alsa-firmware package which includes a few utilities to get this thing running, called "usx2yloader" and "us428control".
